Internet Safety Workshop for Parents

Last night we held an Internet Safety evening for parents and carers. Thank you to all those who attended. Some classes worked together and others presented in their own class base. We had a variety of workshops and all gave a clear message that we need to be very careful when we are on social media and that our children at Ben Wyvis are working towards being ‘Digital Citizens’.

We also received some very positive comments about our on-line learning profiles, (Seesaw) including, ‘I enjoy sharing in my daughter’s daily education,’ and ‘really enjoy seeing what the children are learning – brilliant idea.’

PleaseĀ remember Parent Contact next week and then join us at our ‘Open Afternoon on Friday 12th May, here you can view your child’s learning profile, jotters and join us with our learning conversations. Our school report will also be in a different format this year and will be with you near the end of the summer term.

Please remember if you haven’t signed up to Seesaw – drop us an email or note and we will make sure that you have an invite printed.
